Divinely mount upon a cliff overlooking the sea, the Cala Regina Villa is located in one of the most charming lines of the Golfo Degli Angeli, a few miles from Cagliari and Quartu Sant’Elena.
The building works started in 1967 and it is located next to the Torre Spagnola di Cala Regina, an ancient Spanish tower that local shepherd used to call “Sa Marina”. The interiors have been designed following the principles of rationalism and modernism although the external sides of the building are made with stones and reinforced concrete.
From every corner of the Villa the view over the sea looks like a magic, suggesting well-being and unconditioned love towards nature. There are three bedrooms: 2 masters and one double with french size bed.
Each one has a different features embodying relax and inspiration sensations. The nigh area is completed by 2 restrooms: one with a shower and the other one with a bath. A third toilet can be found close to the equipped kitchen.
The villa is surrounded by Mediterranean musk and its incredible scents which create wide and intimate shadow shelters. Nearby the main building there is 25 m² mini-dependence reminding of romantic nest overlooking the sea.
